Richard Balles is a forward thinking trail blazer who has become one of the most highly sought after affordable housing visionaries in the Washington DC real estate market. He has developed several hundred million dollars of multi-family properties in the DC metro area alone, overseeing all aspects from acquisition to disposition.
Having spent a lifetime helping to serve the under-served, Mr. Balles has focused upon housing initiatives which are supported by government voucher programs.
